Ridgway’s FREE Concert Series begins its fifth year, this July 5th. The concerts bring a variety of high quality national bands, with local and regional bands opening the shows. The music is a great mix, with acts playing bluegrass, folk, funk, swing, country, alt-country, jazz and their own combination of those styles. The bands are always family friendly so the young, the elders and everyone in between will enjoy the shows.

 

The Ridgway Concert Series is held every Thursday in July, from 6 till dark, in Ridgway’s Town Park (Hartwell Park). With an endless grassy lawn to lay blankets and chairs on, concert goers will find plenty of room for the kids to run around or for a game of frisbee or some hoola-hooping. All concerts provide local vendors selling food and drinks, and you’re welcome to bring a picnic as well.

 

The Ridgway Concert Series is totally FREE to attend and supported entirely by community donations. The donations we receive pay for the bands and infrastructure of the concert series. Please support our donors and consider making a contribution of your own.
